Description

Aerinn has spent the vast majority of her turns being raised in Ruatha Hold. She is rather small for her age, being only 5’2” in height with weight that fluctuates between 117 and 120 pounds. Her hair is raven black in color and is kept almost boyishly short in the back while growing steadily longer towards the front until it’s about chin length. It curls in slightly on the bottom to frame her long face, that is, when it’s not tucked behind her ears. Aerinn’s eyes are a deep emerald green with flecks of darker forest green and lighter cerulean. Her skin, golden bronze in color, possesses a natural radiance that shines in Rukbat’s rays. Her body is small and she’s thing, but she’s also well toned and flexible, making her a great dancer. Aerinn is almost always seen with a wherhide bag designed to look like a carrier style bag and the actual pouch rests against her hip. Usually she keeps at least one small instrument in it, along with writing materials for whenever a lyric might pop into her head.

Personality

Aerinn is, simply put, a writer and a reader and as such, she often keeps to herself. She can be a bit shy and prefers to immerse herself in her own thoughts and musings. However, she is quite capable of being sociable when she chooses to be. In fact, one of her strong points is being able to mediate arguments because she’s able to look at things from a neutral point of view. Most people tend to translate this as apathy, but that’s not at all what it is. Aerinn can be apathetic towards things if she so desires, but that’s not at all why she’s able to look at things objectively; Aerinn is often able to see the bigger picture in most situations. Contradictory to how she normally acts, Aerinn loves the stage and when she’s on stage, her usually introverted nature transforms into a slightly extroverted nature. She loves to sing and dance; she’s a wonderful dancer and has a fairly decent singing voice. She’s also really a kind-hearted person and deep down, she’s always willing to listen to other people’s problems and help them.

Background and Family

Aerinn, pronounced A-ren, was born and raised in Ruatha Hold by her Harper mother (Exalia) and stable hand father (Aaron). While most children started learning about Harpering around the age of ten, Aerinn was learning from a much younger age as she often begged her mother for instruction. Her mother, being a Harper herself, was all to willing to instruct Aerinn. When Aerinn wasn't learning from her mother, she was learning about runnerbeasts from her father. The young harper-raised girl found that she had a knack and distinct love for composition and growing up, she always spent much of her free time writing lyrics and poetry. Her passion for writing has not waned over the years and she continues to write.

Aerinn's other strong point was always her ability to look at things from an un-biased point of view, and this makes her valuable when arguments pop up. As far as instruments go, she's by far better at the drums than any other and she grew to have a decent voice and great dancing skills. Aerinn is also a natural when it comes to riding runnerbeasts and enjoys a good ride every now and then. When someone wants a message delivered, they can be sure that Aerinn will be eager to assist if it means riding

At the age of ten, Aerinn’s parents shipped her off to Harper Hall to follow in her mother's foot-steps and she's been there ever since, ever the studious student and diligent composer of fanciful flights of poetry. She’s divided her time between developing her natural talents in Composition and Diplomacy and trying to strengthen the areas that she’s weaker in such as instruments and vocals. She’s quite the diligent student and has tried hard to apply herself to all of her classes and work, as well as chores and any errands she might be sent on. She’s tried to make a lot of friends amongst her classmates, but always finds herself spending her free time lost in thought and silence. One might have noticed that the girl preferred the company of her elders over that of her fellow Apprentices, finding conversation with Journeymen and Masters alike to be more suited to her tastes.
